Recently, a Japanese customer contacted us and asked us to provide UHMWPE guide rails for the machine. After matching the details with the customer, we went into production.
UHMWPE rails are made of a thermoplastic engineering plastic with an average molecular weight of over 9 million. This material has many positive effects on the performance of the grinding environment. UHMWPE rails are very light, very strong, self-lubricating, and have excellent sliding properties, reducing friction in production and reducing losses. Moreover, UHMWPE rails have high impact resistance, good corrosion resistance and very stable chemical properties. The polyethylene guide rail has high anti-adhesion, the surface of the guide rail is not easy to bond with other materials, and it is non-toxic and tasteless. After being installed and used by the customer, the UHMWPE guide rail is used efficiently and is wear-resistant, which prolongs the service life of the machine, reduces the customer’s investment cost, and increases the long-term benefits.
